Review: Jonathan Wyndham – Middle Class & Infamous – Release date: October 2025

Sometimes an artist can spread their talents thin, trying to do too many things, sometimes, doing just one or two things doesn’t completely works, as it doesn’t fully express their talent. The latter case in point – Nashville singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer Jonathan Wyndham.

Neither being a musical director for the likes of Colbie Caillat or Jessie James Decker, or being a Gibson-endorsed guitarist, doesn’t truly reflect what Wyndham can do as a solo artist. His latest album ‘Middle Class & Infamous” does though.

Wyndham doesn’t really limits himself here – he goes from countrified soul of “Make A Difference” to rock guitar wizardry of “Hook, Line & Sinker” to elsewhere, essentially covering the full ground between classic rock, roots, country pop , but at the same time sticking to something that not only reflects what he knows but also what lies under his musical skin.

Along with some solid, detailed songwriting, gritty vocals, guitar wizardry Wyndham adds his arranging and production skills to make this album quite a musical experience.
