Review: Hayley and the Crusher’s single – “Jewel Case” – Video premiere April 14, 2026
Hayley and the Crushers are a high-energy power-pop-punk trio known for their glitter-bombed, bad-girl swagger and infectious “poolside glitter trash” sound. Led by guitarist and frontwoman Hayley Cain (aka Hayley Crusher), her husband Reid Cain on bass as Dr. Cain ESQ, lead guitarist Ryan Deliso, and drummer Stacy Binelli, the band blends sugary punk hooks, surf-rock vibes, and a dash of poison.
Originally hailing from sunny San Luis Obispo, California (with deep SoCal roots in Redondo Beach and influences from ’70s/’80s punk), they relocated to Detroit in 2022, bringing dual-coast energy to the Motor City. Their music is described as a turbo-charged tsunami of bold, fun, and unapologetic rock ‘n’ roll—think Joan Jett attitude meets catchy new wave flair.
