Tickets for Milkfest 2026, the acclaimed annual charity music festival celebrating British blues and beyond, are now available following their release earlier this autumn. The event returns to indigo at The O2 on Sunday, 1 March 2026, promising a full day of exceptional live music.

Headlining and closing the show will be Squeeze legend Chris Difford, joined by an impressive lineup featuring iconic artists such as the Climax Blues Band (known for their classic hit “Couldn’t Get it Right”), Hamish Stuart & Robbie McIntosh (long-time sidemen from Paul McCartney’s band, with McIntosh also a former Pretenders guitarist), UK Blues Band of the Year Brave Rival, Blues Vocalist of the Year Alice Armstrong, and many more special guests.

All profits from Milkfest will benefit Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity providing vital support to families affected by this devastating condition.

Milkfest organiser Adam Norsworthy commented: “We are thrilled with the incredible lineup we’ve assembled for this year’s event. It’s going to be a brilliant day of great music from start to finish, and we’re aiming to sell out the venue to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Dementia UK.”

Blues Vocalist of the Year Alice Armstrong added: “I am honoured to be part of what will not only be the party of the year, but an event supporting such a powerful and important cause. I can’t wait to share the stage with these incredibly talented artists for something truly special.”

Founded by British blues rock band The Milk Men, Milkfest has quickly become a highlight on the UK music calendar, known for its diverse lineup and commitment to charity. The 2025 edition raised over £8,000 for the Brain Tumour Charity.

Tickets are available now via The O2, AXS, Eventim, and other official outlets. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy world-class performances while supporting a vital cause.

Milkfest ’25 was held in February this year and raised over £8,000 for the Brain Tumour Charity. This year’s chosen charity is Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity.

Every three minutes, someone in the UK develops dementia: a progressive and complex condition that can be devastating for the whole family. It’s a huge and growing health crisis and is the leading cause of death in the UK.

Admiral Nurses are continually supported and developed by Dementia UK, to provide life-changing advice and support to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it’s needed. They work on the free national Admiral Nurse Dementia Helpline, in face-to-face and virtual clinics, and in the community, in GP practices, hospitals, and care homes.
