ROCK AT NIGHT PREMIERE: Old Friend’s single”Missing” – January 26, 2023

Worldwide release of “Missing” – January 27, 2023

The debut EP will be released February 10, 2023 and the release show is February 11th at the Henry in Nyack, NY.

Rock At Night Says: The band Old Friends is the “real deal.” These guys work as laborers by day and play music at night. They write music about things they care about, in the vein of the blues but in the form of pop punk. The song describes how a “bottle of Jack” will help “get over you.” The lyrics describe a person depressed about ending a relationship. He’s missing work and says, “I haven’t been to work in days, and all my friends think I’ve gone missing,” hence, the song’s title. The melody is catchy, and I can picture the band being on the Warped Tour (if it were still active). Old Friends writes about real things we can relate to but with a pop punk, catchy melody. We’d love to see the band live!
