Rock At Night favorite Just Tommy is on a relentless drive, bringing impeccably crafted singles and videos that delight the eyes and ears while negotiating through thought-provoking questions. And his latest release continues the streak with swaths of surrealism and pop culture nostalgia.
On “What Would You Do?”, Tommy charges up his time machine to take us back to the time of Stephen King’s “Christine”, “Repo Man” and $1 gasoline with vehicular eroticism glowing along darkened streets of the oneiric. Sonic Svengali Chuck Alkazian, a master at invoking 80s musical touchstones in fresh ways, is the pit crew that preps this vehicle for Tommy’s evocative video game ride into the subconscious.
“What Would You Do?” was produced by Super-Producer/Engineer Chuck Alkazian (Pop Evil, Soundgarden, Tantric) at legendary Pearl Sound Studios (Asking Alexandria, Eminem, Filter). The video was produced by C&C Productions, Arizona.
