On this episode, we’re talking with a powerful and dramatic band from Southeast Michigan that’s going places.
Black Note Graffiti started as a project with childhood friends who wanted to write and perform progressive metal with unique textures and themes. The band has grown to include new vocalists who have brought an exciting new dimension to the band’s plangent sound.
Armed with new recent material getting radio airplay, the group talks with Rock at Night about how it’s now poised to reach an even larger audience by playing on the bill at the prominent WRIF101 RIFF FEST 2021 later this week. Headliners include Rob Zombie, Chevelle, Avatar, Candlebox, and Ayron Jones.
Black Note Graffiti will be performing at Detroit’s 101 WRIF at Riff Fest on Sunday, September 19, 2021 @ 4 p.m.
Black Note Graffiti is Gabrielle Bryant (vocals/keys), Kris Keller (guitar/vocals), Kurt Keller (drums), Ricardo Ortiz (vocals/ guitar) and Adam Nine (bass).
